Forgepoint Guild: Campus Community Platform
A campus community platform for Forgepoint Guild, built around an application-only model that pushes students toward building real projects and skills before graduation rather than general networking.

Refactrd helps organizations move from AI experimentation to measurable operational impact through workflow transformation, AI assistants, AI enabled products, and AI operations. I led engineering on the studio's own website, turning a fairly abstract positioning problem, how do you sell operational impact rather than a tool, into a site structure that walks visitors through the problem, the transformation areas, why Refactrd, and a single clear call to action to find their starting point.
Refactrd's offering sits between consulting and software delivery, which made it easy for the site to read as either a generic dev agency or an abstract strategy firm. The build needed a structure that could hold the diagnostic language of the brand, workflow transformation, adoption problems, operational impact, alongside a working case study and insights section without turning into a wall of text.
Built the page around a problem, then transformation areas, then proof structure, so visitors land on a single next action instead of several competing calls to actionImplemented a case studies and insights section that can be updated independently as the studio publishes new work, backed by a lightweight content structure rather than a full CMSUsed consistent section level components across the four transformation areas so new services can be added without redesigning the pageTuned performance and image loading since the site leans on visuals over long paragraphs to communicate abstract concepts quickly
The site gives Refactrd a single, structured place to send prospects instead of a deck or a call. The find your starting point flow now does the qualifying work that used to happen entirely on discovery calls.
