LSDPC Payment Portal — Government Property Transactions Platform

Overview

The LSDPC Payment Portal is a comprehensive platform designed for Lagos State Development and Property Corporation, a state government entity that manages property sales, rentals, and development. The portal allows users to buy properties, pay rents, service charges, legal fees, perform change of ownership, land regularization, and submit complaints. It serves four distinct user personas: general users, MD, Marketing Admin, PLM Admin, and Finance Admin. I built the frontend using React and TypeScript, focusing on creating a responsive, accessible, and intuitive interface that simplifies complex property transactions for users while providing robust admin controls for internal teams.
